Ingredients
- Swordfish (200 g or q.ty indicated by the diet)
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- Sage
- Juniper berries
- Laurel
- Origan
- Parsley
Preparation: Combine all the aromatic herbs, if chopped compote. Combine Novosal and a few drops of lemon, leave to macerate for a few minutes.
Once macerated, spread the mixture on both sides of the slice of swordfish. Place on a sheet of foil and close with another sheet. Cook on the grill for 5/6 minutes or in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 °.
