Omelette of egg whites to taste


  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 handful of Parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Variation: add vegetables (carrots, leek, mushrooms, spinach, green onion and roasted red pepper) or spices to the mixture

Preparation: Beat the egg whites in a dish and together with the spoonful of milk, pepper and salt. Spread the Parmesan to rain and mix well. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and, if necessary, the vegetables, when it is hot, pour all the beaten egg white. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side turning with a dish like a normal omelette.
