Ingredients
coconut oil 2 tablespoons
agave syrup 4 tablespoons
peanut butter 2 tablespoons
35 g of bitter cocoa powder
60 g of blown quinoa
Recipe
In a pan add the coconut oil, peanut butter, bitter cocoa and agave syrup. Heat slightly to melt and mix the ingredients. Add the blown quinoa and mix. Store in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes so as to harden the mixture. With your hands, shape the mixture and refrigerate until ready to eat.
