Kebab light of tuna with vegetables


  • Tuna fillet (200g or q.ty indicated in the diet)
  • Rosemary, Garlic, Sage, Juniper Berries
  • Laurel, Oregano, Parsley, Chilli
  • Mixed salad
  • Onion
  • Rocket salad

Preparation: Chop all the aromatic herbs, add a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, Novosal and leave to steep for a few minutes. In the meantime, grill the tuna for about ten minutes, halfway through cooking add Novosal on both sides. Cut into pieces. Add the chopped herbs to the pieces of fish. Review everything on the plate / grill.

Serve with mixed salad, cherry tomatoes and coarsely chopped onions.
