Ingredients (per person):
- 160 g of sole
- 200 g of zucchini
- 10 g of black olives
- 1 ginger root
- 1 teaspoon of Extra virgin olive oil
- 40 g of almonds
- 1 lemon
- 3 g of Novosal
Preparation: Clean and wash the sole, obtaining fillets. In a bowl pour the lemon juice. Add the previously peeled crushed ginger root. Leave the two ingredients to flavor for a few minutes. Clean and cut the courgettes into large cubes and sauté in a pan for 5 minutes. Clean and brown the black olives. Cook the fillets of sole on both sides in a non-stick pan with a little oil to facilitate cooking. When the fish is well cooked, serve it on a bed of zucchini and black olives. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice and ginger.
