Squid with peppers and zucchini

Ingredients (per person):
• 200 g of squid
• 100 g of zucchini
• 100 g of peppers
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tuft of parsley
• 1 teaspoon of EVO oil
• 3 g of Novosal
• Pepper as needed.
Preparation: Wash and cut the peppers and courgettes into strips. In a pan, sauté the vegetables with a little oil for ten minutes. In a separate pan, cook the squid in the strips with the minced parsley. Check the cooking of the squid with a fork.
When they are almost ready, add the vegetables and the minced garlic clove. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
