Ingredients (per person):
• 120 g of cauliflower
• 30 g of rocket
• 50 g of red chicory
• 1 teaspoon of EVO oil
• Novosal
Preparation: Wash the cauliflower, drain it and chop it finely in a blender by placing it, then, in a bowl.
In a non-stick pan, cook the cauliflower over a low flame until it becomes golden. Add the rocket and the radicchio cut into strips. Add salt and add the olive oil. It can be served hot or cold.
