Ingredients (per person):
• 160 g of mackerel
• 150 g of radicchio
• 20 g of capers
• 5 g of walnuts
• 1 teaspoon of extravirgen olive oil
• 3 g of Novosal
Preparation: Wash and clean the mackerel by removing the central bones. Sauté in a pan in order to scald it on both sides and make sure it is well cooked with a fork. Cut the radicchio into eight and let it stew in a wok with a clove of garlic, adding a glass of water and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Then add the rinsed capers carefully. In a salad bowl pour the radicchio, add the walnuts, salt and oil and mackerel and serve.
