Ingredients
- 40 gr. Cous cous
- 150 gr. Cannellini beans
- 160 gr. Lettuce
- 100 gr. Salad tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 5 cl Extra virgin olive oil
- Novosal
- Lemon
- Basil
Preparation: Drain the beans. Wash and dry the lettuce and cut the tomato and cucumber into pieces. Mix the cous cous with 1 teaspoon of oil and bring to the boil 50 cl of salted water with novosal. When the fire is off, lower the cous cous, covering it with a lid. Prepare a pinzimonio with 1 teaspoon of oil, juice of 1 lemon and novosal. After 5 minutes put everything in a glass bowl.
