Lettuce Cannellini Beans and Cous Cous

Ingredients

  • 40 gr. Cous cous
  • 150 gr. Cannellini beans
  • 160 gr. Lettuce
  • 100 gr. Salad tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 5 cl Extra virgin olive oil
  • Novosal
  • Lemon
  • Basil

Preparation: Drain the beans. Wash and dry the lettuce and cut the tomato and cucumber into pieces. Mix the cous cous with 1 teaspoon of oil and bring to the boil 50 cl of salted water with novosal. When the fire is off, lower the cous cous, covering it with a lid. Prepare a pinzimonio with 1 teaspoon of oil, juice of 1 lemon and novosal. After 5 minutes put everything in a glass bowl.
