Octopus flavored with mint and lemon

Ingredients (per person):

• 200 g of octopus
• 5 mint leaves
• 1 lemon
• 5 radishes
• 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
• 3 g of Novosal

Preparation: Wash and clean the octopus and boil it in plenty of boiling water for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the mint leaves and lemon. When the octopus is cooked, cut it, peel it and place it in a bowl. Season with oil and salt. Mix everything well and add the lemon juice. Arrange the octopus in a dish and garnish with mint and grated lemon.
