Roulade of turkey with rosemary

Ingredients
Turkey or chicken breast (150 g)
1 slice of smoked turkey breast for roulade
Rosemary
1 Onion
Sage
Balsamic vinegar
Toothpick

Preparation: Separate the rosemary needles from the woody side, wash and cut the onion into small pieces. Wrap in turkey breast, slice of rump, with spices inside, Novosal and onion.
Close the roll with two toothpicks and place in a non-stick pan with a sear of extra virgin olive oil. After a few minutes add a tablespoon of water. When the water has dried let some drops of balsamic vinegar fade. Cook for another 5/6 minutes.
