Swordfish with ginger and lemon

Ingredients (per person):
• 160 g of swordfish
• 5 cm of ginger root
• 1 tuft of parsley
• 1 teaspoon of EVO oil
• 3 g of Novosal
• Pepper as needed.
Preparation: In a bowl place the juice of a lemon, the peeled and grated ginger, the oil, the pepper, the salt and the finely chopped parsley. Make an emulsion with a fork.
Let the swordfish slices washed and cleaned with the emulsion marinate for about half an hour.
In a non-stick pan, cook the slices on both sides and add a little emulsion from time to time.
Serve with a little crushed ginger.
Preparation time: 40-50 minutes.
