Omelette skewers

Ingredients (for 2 people):
• 4 eggs
• 250 g of radicchio
• 250 g of spinach
• Peanut fry oil
• 3 g of Novosal
• Pepper as needed
Preparation: In a dish, beat 2 eggs with a little salt and pepper. Do the same thing in a second dish. Wash and cut the radicchio and spinach into thin strips and place them in two separate containers.
Pour some oil into a pan and heat it. When it is hot, add the beaten eggs and radicchio. Repeat the process for the second omelette with spinach. Cut the two omelettes obtained in more or less regular squares and insert them into the skewers creating your skewers. You can change the ingredients to make the skewers more colorful and different.
