Sausage with peppers and cauliflower flavored with wild fennel

Ingredients (per person):
• 100 g of red peppers
• 150 g of sausage
• 100 g of cauliflower
• Wild fennel q.b.
• 1 teaspoon of EVO oil
• Pepper as needed.
• 3 g of Novosal
Preparation: Chop the cauliflower after cleaning and washing. Wash the peppers and, in a bowl, cut the peppers into cubes, removing the seeds. In a pan cook the crumbled sausage without adding oil for about ten minutes. As soon as the sausage is almost cooked, remove the fat that has been drained into the pan and add the diced peppers. Add the minced cauliflower, the wild fennel and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Preparation time: 20 minutes.
