Meatballs flavored with cinnamon

Ingredients (for 5 meatballs):
• 130 g of minced meat
• 1 egg
• 1 tuft of parsley
• ½ onion
• 1 stalk of celery
• 3 g of Novosal
• Pepper as needed.
• 10 g (1 teaspoon in the sauce and one in the dough of meatballs) of cinnamon
Preparation: To prepare the meatballs mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Balls are formed and the meatballs are cooked in the sauce prepared with chopped onion and celery. A cinnamon teaspoon was added to the sauce. Cook the meatballs for 15 minutes on low heat. Serve the hot dish.
