Boiled Eggs with a Side of Grilled Vegetables

 
Ingredients (per person):

• 2 eggs
• 50 g of zucchini
• 50 g of aubergines
• 100 g of cauliflower
• 1 teaspoon of EVO oil
• 3 g of Novosal
Preparation: Cook the eggs in hot water for at least 10 minutes. When they are cooked, place them in cold water to stop cooking and roll them on a smooth surface crushing them gently to break the shell. Peel them and cut into wedges.
Wash the vegetables and cut them into rounds. Cook them on a grill on both sides and when they are ready, place them on a plate with the eggs in the center.
Preparation time: About 30 minutes.
