Ingredients (per person):
- 200 g of octopus
- 150 g of rocket
- 50 g of mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tuft of parsley
- 1 stalk of celery
- 3 g of Novosal
- Timo q.b.
- 5 g of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation: Wash the mushrooms and clean them removing the traces of soil. Meanwhile, wash and clean the octopus, drain and cook in plenty of hot water. Meanwhile clean the rocket. In a pan, sauté the clove of garlic with chopped celery, parsley and thyme in a little oil. Add the previously coarsely chopped mushrooms and let them flavor. Remove the garlic and add the sliced octopus and cook for about 20 minutes. Season with salt, lower the heat and finish cooking. Let it rest for a few minutes and serve immediately.
