Intake of dietary fat was not associated with PMS risk

For women with PMS it is recommended to reduce fat intake to relieve symptoms; however a new study published in Journal British Nutrition, showed that beyond the type of fat consumed (saturated, monounsaturated or polyunsaturated) there was no association between a diet rich in lipids and premenstrual syndrome
